NRG's mobile app offers convenient energy management for our electricity and natural gas customers in the northeastern region. Users can register or log in using their picknrg.com credentials to easily access their account on-the-go. The app provides chat support services available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm EST.

• Option to enroll in natural gas service (based on service area)
